Read Deuteronomy 34:1ff. The view everywhere you looked from atop Masada was beautiful. No wonder Herod wanted his palace here. Across the Dead Sea is the Moab Mountian rage of which Mt. Nebo is a part. Who is buried on this mountain. Why didn't this person get to have this view from the other side?
